Because to lead teams, you must first lead yourself. Be true to yourself in order to be authentic with others. Leadership requires becoming aware, understanding the impact you have, and embracing vulnerability in your relationships.

To lead, we need to practice communication, feedback, and difficult conversations; learn to navigate conflict (because it will arise) and to share disagreements, decisions, and commitments. It also takes a genuine desire to see others shine, grow, and flourish.

02. Trauma Informed Leadership

Because organizations both reflect and shape society. Because leadership—the ability to make conscious decisions—cannot emerge when our bodies are in survival mode. Because connection, along with physical and psychological safety, is essential for growth and creative expression. Because health must be seen through a collective lens.

Trauma-Sensitive Leadership creates a space for awareness and understanding of how trauma impacts leadership. It provides essential tools to return to a state of emotional and physical regulation, allowing us to live in a healthy and sustainable way—in organizations as well.

Bridge explores different relational styles in a simple, intuitive, and universal way to facilitate interpersonal relationships and maximize communication effectiveness.

Sikkhona objectively measures a team’s level of psychological safety, guiding them toward the highest stage of trust, cohesion, and mutual understanding.

03.03 LEADERSHIP CIRCLE

Leadership Circle is a leadership model structured between reactive and creative levels of consciousness. Through a 360º feedback approach, it identifies how effective and sustainable a person’s or team’s leadership impact is.

Manifesto

For me, leadership is the human capacity to make conscious decisions and take responsibility for their impact. Easy to say, a bit more complex to do… and that’s okay. That’s why we’re here—to experience, to feel, and to support each other, again and again, on our journey back home (to the body). Because there is no leadership without embodiment, no consciousness without courage, and no vulnerability without strength.

Developing leadership means first turning inward, looking at ourselves, illuminating what hurts, and allowing it to be seen and held with love and compassion. From there, we can express our creativity in a safe and authentic way.

Within organizations, conscious leadership is the kind that fosters sustainable business growth while allowing us to live fully and shape the world we want to create.

My Journey

At the edge of the void, he understood the most important thing – meowed Zorbas -. Only those who dare to fly, fly. – Luis Sepúlveda.

Until I was 17, I wanted to be an architect.

At 28, I bet on my dreams.

At 29, I learned to leave…

…and I embarked on my journey back home, my ITZULI.

At 34, I learned to stay.

I’m Mirèia Muixí. I was born in Barcelona in 1989, and I live in Donostia–San Sebastián.

The people who know me well say I carry a little fire burning in my chest. That kindness and gentleness move me. That when fear comes, I curl up into a ball and hide. That my inner child is endlessly curious. And that there’s a bold, rebellious Mire who gives herself full permission to be.

They also know my eyes light up when I talk about what I’m passionate about. That the most important decisions of my life have been made with my body. That I’ve learned to embrace my sensitivity and that I’m slowly making peace with myself. And that, despite everything, I dare.

I dare to make brave choices. I dare to feel. I dare to go through, to change, and to rediscover myself. And that’s why, sometimes, I also fly.

Training

My training includes a degree in Psychology and a master’s in Sports Psychology, an Executive MBA from EADA, and certification as a Professional Coach (PCC and CPCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). Additionally, I hold certifications in The Leadership Circle, Organizational Relationship System Coaching (ORSC), DDI, BRIDGE, and SIKKHONA Team Assessment. I have also completed specialized training in Embodied Leadership at the Strozzi Institute, Somatic Coaching Art-Soma with Raquel Calvo, Único Executive Coaching with Jaume Roset and Alex Galofré, En el Corazón del Trauma with Jesús Oliva, and Systemic Facilitation with Bugui García.
